Join our Physio Hannah Holloway for mat Pilates. Hannah has trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) and has taught mat based Pilates in the area over the past 8 years.


Hannah brings knowledge of injury prevention, pelvic health, and rehabilitation which she integrates into her fun sessions. Hannah’s practice focuses on healing and strength through movement, incorporating postural awareness and pelvic strengthening.

Kowhai Physiotherapy offers individual Pilates assessments, one-on-one sessions, and small group classes.
